I was expecting to see a new and upcoming tv series of Oppa . But sadly it's gonna have to wait. *Sigh* And it's not gonna be BRAIN.

Original article says: (September 23, 2011)

Song Seung Hun was recently offered a role in the new KBS 2TV drama ‘Brain, but it seems that he has turned down the offer. [cont...]

His agency stated, “At this pointwe don’t think it will be possible for him to join the ‘Brain’ cast.”
They explained that Song Seung Hun has been mulling over the offer ever since he received the call, but he feels that he does not have enough time to prepare himself for the role. He wants to learn the medical terminology and have more time to get into his character. But with such short notice, he will not be able to give the role his 100% effort and preparation.
‘Brain’ shares the same PD (Yoo Hyun Key) as ‘God of Study‘, and is written by Yoon Kyung Ah, telling the story of a few neurosurgeon professionals. ‘Brain’ is schedule to air following ‘Poseidon‘, and will begin their shoot for the drama once the entire cast is confirmed.

This is actually another challenge for SSH to take on another type of role - much of a medical person. He could have been a risk-taker cause I know that he's really a good actor and he could possibly nailed every role he's given!

But then, he's a man who wants to give all his best on his job as he wants to deliver a genuine act and make fans really happy about it. I don't want to blame him as it was a quick notice and he got not much time to prepare - who could ever know what will happen? Rumors say that producers removed its original cast and is wooing and hoping to get a big star - SSH on their series for what? Others suspected that maybe the script ain't that good enough. But who could have thought, maybe the producers and the whole team just wants to have a more mature actors to play the role (doctors, etc.).

Sometimes it's best to be honest and refuse an offer which you knew you can't really make and give a 100% of your effort than to brag about accepting it just for the sake of "IT" getting done!
Oppa.. you're such a responsible and honest man
